Daydream in a Salt Cave
I went to a Salt Cave with my 18 year old son … and we both passed out like babies 5 minutes into the 45 minute session. I don’t think i remember the last time in my adult life i fell asleep in a semipublic place. And I know he doesn’t. It was a wonderful inter-generational bonding experience that left us both revived and more than a little shocked. The no phone rule probably sealed the deal. With no temptation to peer at the latest snap chat he stretched out on the zero gravity chair and i pulled up a blanket. The music and darkness added to the hum of the ionized salt being distributed through the cave was too much for our technology battered brains. Zzzz.
